The Female Cycle aims to educate and support women to feel confident and feel their best through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
We specialise in supporting women throughout to remove themselves from the cycle of constant dieting, and move to understanding their natural cycle, making long-term, sustainable changes to help them thrive and feel their best.
We are passionate about helping as many women as possible to feel their best and do what feels good for them through nutrition and lifestyle changes, and support from a qualified registered nutritionist.

About Me
Hi I’m Lucy, a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) who specialises in Womens Health. I feel so passionate about helping women to understand their bodies and to make choices with their food and nutrition that will help you to feel your best and be able to thrive. I do not encourage faddy diets, or put you on any specific meal plans.
I love to work with you and your own individual cycle to see what works for your own body and lifestyle and we can then account for any hormonal changes that come along, and work with them not against it!
Let’s look at what you are eating and doing right now, and make sustainable changes to help you to hit your goals for the long term, not just a short term fix.
